Fuel Nozzle Swirlers

Process Description
Fuel nozzle swirlers located in the combustion chamber of the gas turbines are fabricated from high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant superalloy materials. They can be made from cold-rolled sheet metal, castings or bar stock details and assembled together using vacuum brazing. Multi-hole EDM is used to create the swirler holes.
